From the 15th century to the present day, the Celsa Castle has belonged to the same family for about four centuries. Since 1612, the property has often been passed down through the female line from the De Vecchi family, a noble Sienese family, to the Florentine family of the Antinori agli Aldobrandini, from Rome

How do I RSVP?

Please refer to the invitation emailed to you to RSVP. You can also RSVP by clicking the button in the dropdown menu on this website.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly RSVP by May 19th, 2025.

What if I missed the RSVP deadline?

If you've missed the RSVP deadline, please reach out to our wedding planner, Michelle, at hello@syeventplanning.com. We will do our best, but please keep in mind that our vendors require final numbers, and we may not be able to accommodate guests passed the deadline.

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

The welcome party dress code is cocktail attire, inspired by the warm and elegant hues of Tuscany. Think rich terracottas, golden yellows, olive greens, and deep wine reds—colors that reflect the breathtaking landscapes and sunsets of the Italian countryside. Ladies, flowy dresses in these tones will complement the setting beautifully. Gentlemen, linen suits in neutral shades will complete the look.

Can I bring a guest?

To keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

Please plan to arrive at our wedding by 5:00 PM to enjoy a welcome drink and get settled. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so we encourage you to give yourself enough time to grab a drink and find your seat. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is the event outdoors?

Our wedding will be held outdoors in the middle of July, so expect warm weather. The event will take place on grassy areas, so we kindly ask you to keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. For ladies, a thicker heel is recommended.

How do I get to and from the events?

As our guests will be staying throughout the Tuscan region, we will not be providing transportation. We kindly recommend pre-booking a taxi or arranging a private driver, as finding a cab on the night of the event may be difficult. For your convenience, we have linked recommendations on the Transportation page. To help with planning, please note that our welcome party will conclude at 10:30 PM, and our wedding celebration will continue until 2:00 AM.

Is the couple registered for gifts?

We are not registered for gifts, but your kindness and generosity are always appreciated. If you wish to give a gift, a contribution towards our future together would mean the most to us! As Nonno says, "just give 'em a busta".

Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones, but to keep our celebration intimate, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
